Name it and i can give you a reason, Unsupportive seniors, you'll find people who will toss their work on you. In the name of "HELPING" someone as asked by the seniors but when its your time they will say its the work we do. I would never suggest anyone joining this company to anyone even if you are my enemy Don't get into the trap of 5 day work week here these people will make you work all 7 days a week in name of URGENCY, Flexible here means you will work even at 10 in night

I like the timing of the job. The office environment is very much casual. There is flexibility in the work timings.

Dislikes

The decisions of the management are unstructured. The management does not focus on the new employees. Before a full-time employee, they provide a 6-month trainee to the freshers. During this trainee period, the management is unstructured and does not provide attention, or feedback and revolves around things. In the beginning days, they talk big but do nothing. The most interesting thing is the one who gives knowledge does the opposite. After 110% of your proactiveness, the manager will give excuses, be irresponsible, and you have to sit idly and waste your time. In the end, if you have luck then you will be converted into a full-time employee, or else you will waste your 6 months of valuable time.
