Otherwise no room for others here at least. Vacant positions doesn't give license for not achieving your Budget. Esteve Marketing Head: Please leave Esteve if you are not adhere on the above guidelines. Don't waste your time here as we are not willing to tolerate Non Performance anymore. Working at this company has been a fantastic experience! The staff is incredibly supportive and willing to lend a hand and provide guidance whenever needed. One of the best aspect is abundant learning opportunities --- whether it is through formal trainings or just been encouraged to explore new ideas and skills, there is always a room for growth . Plus the company ensures we have the access to latest tech tools and devices, ensuring we have everything we need to excel in our roles. However some employees have taken advantages of this generosity by not returning the company properties like Tablets and Laptops while leaving. Even what is more frustrating that some of these individuals even complain about settling there salaries without returning what belongs to the company, which creates unnecessary issues. That said, the work environment remains balanced with a friendly atmosphere. For those who are looking to grow their career in a supportive and friendly environment, this is a great place to be.
