Work Culture - Friendly, Less Polities, can approach anyone in organization. Job Security - 100% secure, no questions.

Dislikes

Training - should promote more training and certifications. Salary - aggressive increase is needed, Company making good profits :)

People were pretty helpful at times.

... but I've mostly had to worked till 1 am. Had to work on weekends sometimes too. Compensation wasn't adequate.

The work culture is good. There is little politics.

Dislikes

There are extreme differences in compensation which is not based on a persons caliber but by the name of the university they graduated from. Same goes for growth opportunities in some cases.

No Job Security and work ethics. Only join if you are a fresher. Senior HR Lady is the worst I have ever seen in any company. No manners to talk to any of the employees. No work life balance. Lot's of Politics. Some highly incompetent manager would always make you a scapegoat for any thing. You have to pay for parking, insurance and their CTC includes PF as well so do your negotiations accordingly.

Only great thing is that working extra is compensated off. Due to this all the freshers are sitting in the office even without no work.

Dislikes

No job security. Nothubg good to learn. Not good for experienced people. Only join if you are a fresher and want to gain some experience. No work life balance at all.
