...ge. Use to be very good. Job security is a concern as many of has told to leave. But yes there is not cut in salary till date, yes have told to take PL but it is ok. Company policies are not defined properly Differs in every region.

No there is nothing I dislike. But yes work culture has changed. Use to work as a family but it is not there any more.

Good customer service, company is highly customer focused and offer very good salary

Company is full of politics. Total Yes boss culture across all the domains and people believe in transferring responsibilities to others. No value for good work here only people value fake and meaningless work

Really good company..a European company with best salary and benifits... work-life balance is very good... employee are staying for more years...if he not having bad contact..

Skills and promotion and increament is a disappointing one..

WORKING ENVIRONMENT IS VERY GOOD, EVERY BODY ALWAYS READY TO HELP OTHERS IN THEIR WORK AND COMPANY PROVIDE GOOD COMPENSATION IF WE WORK HARDER AND SMARTER.MANAGEMENT OF COMPANY IS VERY SUPPORTIVE IN EVERY AREAS.

Internal Politics, favouritism, mgmt isn't concerned on ground issues, Distrust in new joinees, Divide & rule policy, shrinking the trade opportunity. Many internal tie-ups to threaten their employees & allies..
