Not worth going , zero professionalism, uses pirated softwares, and they themselves promised me to pay me for the short time I was there but they didn't . This is highly unprofessional and unethical place.

There's nothing to write in like section. No performance bonus. No appraisal. And the wrost thing I've ever face in my 4-5 years of corporate life is their restrictions on employees like littrelly they count your every single minute brake you took and will taunt/insult you in front of all other members on floor.

I wish I could give zero star to this company, actually not company it's a "Lala company". No work ethics, Worst HR rules I have ever seen. No job security. They kick you off when appraisal time is near or when they got their desire results. Favouritism (Buttering to management) is on top. No matter how hard you work, you never get the appreciation even if you work hard. I have a lot to write but couldn't. Please choose wisely or I must say if you have some other offers in hand then please go there.

Working here is good, best management and directors are also helpful in nature. No one judge anyone by their name or religion never feels anything about Hindu Muslim Controversies in office, provide flexible time for reading Namaz on Friday.
