Job security is excellent over here, working environment is also good once you get to know every one They even conduct annual sports for employees

The salary overe here very less ..i mean there is a PE working in this company for 8 yrs still his salary is 22 k

My friends are working there since more then 10 years and still not getting enough salary to survive. Also other companies are not offering good job to all off them

It doesn't have a toxic workplace. No shift jobs. Most of them work in general shifts. Good in terms of job security and worklife balance.

...oll. The chances of conversion from contractual to company payroll is very rare. Slow job and salary growth depends on the job profile and manager. The company hasn't yet completely accepted open culture. Practice of micro managment can be seen amongst some managers.
