Poor management. A lot a biased environment. Salaries not paid on time and even unpaid sometimes. No job security. CTC structure is in best interests of the company and not the employees.

It is management company, hiring and supplying staff to other organisation at site. company staff has to report parent company (EPMS) as well as working company. Dual pressure on staff. Has to follow working company rules (At Site) with no benefits from parent company.

Only my team member are fantastic. Only for their company i am Working there .

The salary is not on time .The senior staff at headoffice and at site have very cheap mentality. They only think about there self not for their juniors or for project. P.A of chairman of company is in same category.

No job security, no organised department, seniors use foul language during weekly reviews, pathetic pay parity, no increments, no workplace hygiene, all branch offices were hotbeds of diseases.

... HR & Sales Head told to me , put your papers otherswise they termination me . And also hold salary & Expensive around 1 Lacs because of this i am totally despressed and fininical struggle . In One Sentence, No one joins this worst organization it's totally fake & liar peoples .
