Timely salary in tuff buisness situation of my current sector is the best comman thing to i am & my colleagues are working here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high for general shift duties. Sometime have to work 14 to 16hrs. Straight in a day. Managers do not value an individual unique strength. I & colleagues dont not receive appreciation from department managers. No technical guidance from department heads which is panic time to time. 70Km/Up down for duty consums 3hrs travelling time is most worst thing.

...l life is well balanced. Job security is high compare to other power industries. Perks, incentives and salary structure is good.

Appraisal process is biased and completely depends on the senior as is the case of every organisation.

1. Horrible management 2. Bellow par salary 3. Filthy minded people 4. No appraisal for continuous 3 year 5. Highly insensitive employees with too much of insecurity. 6. The list can go on ….

Essar group culture is really a wonderful experince, Company policy is flexible for employees. Cafeteria is so wide and sport complex is there.

Management doesn't address our issues salary hike is not better then other MNCs so career growth is slow.

In ESSAR, the one thing you will mostly like is friendly environment created from top to bottom peoples. You will get plenty of opportunity to learn many things. No One is restricted in one fields. Although appraisal and compensation is not at par excellent, but work life balance score overcompensate it.

One common dislike in every Company, that is salary compensation.
