Essar group culture is really a wonderful experince, Company policy is flexible for employees. Cafeteria is so wide and sport complex is there.

Dislikes

Management doesn't address our issues salary hike is not better then other MNCs so career growth is slow.

In ESSAR, the one thing you will mostly like is friendly environment created from top to bottom peoples. You will get plenty of opportunity to learn many things. No One is restricted in one fields. Although appraisal and compensation is not at par excellent, but work life balance score overcompensate it.

One common dislike in every Company, that is salary compensation.

Wonderful overall experience with the company. The exposure you get here is wide ranging. The company's culture and work environment is very healthy. The colleagues and seniors are always helpful. The HR team makes sure the employees are up to the best of their spirits due to various employee engaging activities.

Appraisal and variable part of the salary could be bettered.

Same Position offered for GET and 3 Experience candidate with same salary. As there is not good compensation also. Alway ask for CTC break before offer acceptance. Variable amount is included in CTC. No hikes in salary and more deduction from Gross salary.
