Unpaid Training period for Freshers, Salary Miss match and no increment ,poor work culture ,Toxic Seniors there are 2 employees who as themself TL even freshers have more knowledge, they don't allow to study new things and if you work in that company you don't have a future because you don't gain any knowledge there and owner cheats you for salary hike if you are a unmarried girl please don't join because the seniors are monitor always monitor you if you talk to any boy casually they can create a great story about you and make you to resign or make you silent already 2 female employees are suffer and resign the job. my advice please choose this company for your career

The company offers great job security and you don't need to worry about getting fired. They hire people whether tey have skill or not. it's a average place to work if you're having trouble finding the job elsewhere Overall it's good option for steady work, but not the best if you want to grow in your career.

The salary is very low, there is no proper records for communication and they don't use mail for communicate salary hike is minimal and fixed it doesn't differ based on the performance It's not a good place to develop your skills
