I Dislike to lowest price of sallery Salary used to come very late And the salary here was very low and even the food had to be taken care of by oneself.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

No job security Hire & fire Lot of politics No any system or level of hierarchy. No value of Hard work. Some Old people are only Rule on Company. Management even have third class thought. Attrition Rate more then 90% of new Joinee.

Horrible work life balance. Working more than 14 hr/day. Job not secure and management lacks direction. No upskilling and zero traning. Poor work atmosphere and culture, people often use inappropriate words and lack vision from management.

There is nothing to like in Esskay fabrication, 3rd class company with 3rd class MD and plant head at bawal

Work culture is worst. No systematic work, no job security, MD is very rude, he behaves like only he has knowledge and all other are fool. He understand himself 2nd to God as he knows everything. Other staff are good but HR head, plant head and MD are very selfish people. Owner of this company belives blindly on MD and he fools them. The company is having big losses and MD increases stock in balance sheet and presenting to owners like company is having profit.
