Work Culture is good and average at the same time. Depends upon the type of person you are dealing with and also the type of person you are. If you are good at handling uncertain pressure, tight deadlines and fulfilling immediate requirements you are good to go.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Super Favouritism for female staff from only one person who is handling the over all operations. It's not that I'm against female work force but unfortunately they being paid higher than they deserve which is not the same who actually drives the company.

Good learning only if u are good @ politics. MD is the only top authority so can't mess with him as i have seen that 17 years old person serving for the company just got disappeared in a month.

Dislikes

Only one person who is handling everything makes it bitter to come up with new things. Basically Lala company. So work at your risk

There should be something to like. Worst management. If you are female you will find growth but at own risk.

Dislikes

Appointed MD manage everything. He's interested in people's personal life. Always check camera to see what people's are doing. In short by mistake He's MD but looks like security guard.
