I love fact that am a part of this company which have the high ambition that to achieve the goal every time.

Growth is too slow,incriment of salary and post is very much worst,working environment is not so good like others company environment,no time table for work finish,deviation of salary every time with out any route cause .I have to work there up to 10-12 hours,late night customers call have to attend,mannagers behavior is for me and also for my same post staff like as labour .

Flattery and yes boss culture and No respect for work facts and data driven perspective. Basics not in place. Top management never goes upto basic problems then how can they address the situation.

Well the company is fine and gud place to work but some of senior think that company belong to grandfather, basically if u tell truth,they Will start torturing due to which u get mentally disturb

The dislike point is... If the company dont want you anymore then they indirectly force you to leave the company and the your bad work will be in top voice of everyone and for good work there is no appriciation😂😂😂😂

Espirit Toyota is a mother-son groups corporate and I am happy to working with espirit Toyota car (I) Ltd. Its a Good organisation for working and help to develop our career given time to time training and moviates all the employees.

No issue in that company but I want to change my organisation I would like in core co.pany like plant production, design, quality.
