There is nothing to like as per working at Espire Infolabs. You just have to work nothing exciting in company.

Dislikes

They are worst payment cycle. Change in Increment Date is very common. Salary mostly got delayed. Performance bonus got delayed by 1 years

I like the engagement by leadership, they are ready to listen to you.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow, Salary payouts are often delayed. Work pressure is very high, I have worked regularly on almost 3 weekends an average in a month. Meetings are planned Adhoc Learning opportunities are limited. No work-life balance concept.

let me tell you the honest review about the company : check cons because no single pro is there

Dislikes

...yed here for more than 5 years are family members , relatives or close friends . No hike for past 4 years , all time threat over job security even though you have project still they will fire u once it is stable and they will make fresher sit on it at cheap rate .no work life and this throughout all projects , no skill dev , nothing good . just take there offer letter to leverage somewhere else . it does not require a person to know that if org is led by two head it will drown , they have two ceo , i mean like what?
