... upcoming nd current project in MERN stack so you need to apply for resignation. Also they have commited for settlment of basic salary bt still i didn't get any settlement amount. Espire do not follow their rules. There are no any job security

Nothing, No learning, No growth, No job security, very strict work time. You need to complete 9 hours otherwise you will loose half day salary or Earn leave. Total lala chhaap. Food is terrible.

Work life balance if you get a chance to work with good manager.

... if you opt out they they will deduct premium in one go with informing employee. Sometimes finance department hold employee salary without informing reason by email or verbally to employee.

...yed here for more than 5 years are family members , relatives or close friends . No hike for past 4 years , all time threat over job security even though you have project still they will fire u once it is stable and they will make fresher sit on it at cheap rate .no work life and this throughout all projects , no skill dev , nothing good . just take there offer letter to leverage somewhere else . it does not require a person to know that if org is led by two head it will drown , they have two ceo , i mean like what?

Very few things which one can answer about dislikes is like salary delayed every month by 1 or 2 days but not more than that. Apart from that everything is fine.
