Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

On-time Salary, basically never delayed Overtime Paid Leaves (Alternate Saturday off, 2+ leaves a month, mostly Indian holidays off) Bonus and Yearly Increment Lunch Break (1Hr) If you work efficiently, job is secure

Great working culture, lots of new technology used in work processes. Salary always on time, bonuses applicable. Good amount of leaves per year, good team to work with. Office location also good, metro is nearby. Really nice place, highly recommend!

Company culture is good, Occasionally they celebrated festivals nd Provided Diwali Bonus nd Lunch Party in every major festivals of India, Specially 8hrs working always not more than 8hrs. Given 2.5 Leaves monthly basis.

Promotion nd Appraisal is not good there.There is not any herarchy for promotion, fixed work not extra knowledge increased as a Engineer, This is good company for Diploma holder for gaining a experience major factor,but not good for B.Tech Guys in Production Dept.

Good for freshers only, No much pressure culture is strict and well decipline no one can talk to anyone in the working hours

Dislikes

No appraisal and promotions according to the performance they will provide same percentage of hike for every person irrelevant of the work and performance and profile of work etc.
