There is nothing to be liked about ESOP direct as management keeps forcing employees to work overtime without any additional pay and frequency of this thing is around 15-20 days in a month

The colleagues are very co-operative, it feels like a family, no politics at all Culture and company policies are employee friendly All credit goes to the management for being supportive and helpful

30 leaves per year with freedom to take it, less heavy workload

Company pays very very less to bottom and middle level employees. Only top level people get handsome package. Lack of Personal and career growth. Culture is very Orthodox and relectun to change causing slow growing organization.

1. You will get a very good exposure of technologies like ASP.NET, C#, SQL, MVC, SSRS, JavaScript, etc 2. Leaves are quiet good.

Dislikes

1. Work life balance is terrible 2. Compensation is worst 3. Management is terrible 4. When company was in KPIT campus management and culture was good. 5. HR management is worst in the industry. 6. Company is currently running from a bungalow, so infrastructure is very bad, no facilities,no transport, no canteen, no work from home. 7. Too many times you have to work on Saturdays and Sundays, that to without compensation, but you will get a compensatory off.

I think the Fake Coompany they Say ther head HR is Skilled, she dont know anything 0 skilled - I saw so many HR if someone says HR doesnt work so she is really a reason, Real Drama for company company Owner is good but Head HR is Unskilled HR
