E-Solz is an E-commerce company launched last year in June. Working in E-Solz is a great experience. You can learn a lot while working in this company and specially for the people who want to built up its career in E-commerce. There are not so many people work here yet but yes who are working are extremely nice people. They can make you feel like a family. And yes we are all are a family in E-Solz. A small but yes very helpful, intelligent and supporting family. You will enjoy your work. We have lot of work here but nobody will pressurise you for anything ever. You just have manage your time as work going then everything will go very smoothly. So if you want to built up your career in E-commerce then I will definitely ask you to join with us.

Dislikes

I know that the most important part of any job is salary. That how much will they pay you. I agree the fact that the compensation is not so high but trust me you can learn a lot. And as this is an E-Commerce company so as much you give your input you will earn that high.

Support from senior leaderships, exposure to new tools and techniques, on-time salary, yearly appraisal is what I enjoyed the most while working for Esolz.

Dislikes

Sometimes, due to tight project delivery timelines employees have to work for extra hours. Again, that is there in every company. So, can't say that I disliked it.

This is a good company for freshers. They're learning too many things to become an expert. They're working culture is so good. Those are think there office is there second home it is absolutely a second HOME.

It's not good for experienced, coz salary issue.

Himadri Sir from Graphics team was the only likable person in the company, rest are not even worth anybody's attention

... position as the company is wasting their resources on an ineffective leader. 4. Worst Salary structure 5. Low increments 6. Lack of consideration for employees' mental well being with a tendency to push for late-night work. 7.Unrealistic team targets 8. Constant comparison with a high performing employee 9. Management exhibiting " you work for me , you are my slave" attitude 10. The CEOs demonstrate cunning behaviour, making it challenging for employees

not a single client this company has.only depends on contests to run a company. which is terrible..have to work after going back to home after office and also in holidays. paid holiday not available.too much lobbying and much more.
