Poor utilization of assets due to inexperienced mangers who barely stay focused on work. Absence of unity of direction as well as command. At operational level particularly at manufacturing it is harming the working atmosphere as well as productivity.

Managers do not value an individual, unique strength, which is sometimes I have take my decision back my suggestions. I got appreciations and Awards from my clients but they mostly go unnoticed during my yearly appraisals.
