25% sal cut down. No increments on time, No security to your job (even before covid time). They give increment for their wish either for 2 years or 3 years. They all of a sudden stop giving arrears. They delay in giving salaries on time. You struggle and suffer, If you are against managers with their illegal activities and supportive to management, there is no use. You cant move with ethics, lot of internal politics.

Dislikes

Lot of politics. Management cant handle / take decisions considering employees views. Even though they knew managers are cheating management and making money in other ways, they cant even say a word to them, they are completely dependent on them. Your sincerity, honesty, loyalty what you learned does not work here. Here instead of being supportive to Management if you are supportive to managers with their illegal activities your carrier growth will be good or else you suffer. No ethics. Fully one man show. Unknown fact to management is, even management is under managers. They play what the managers say.

Management abilities and treatment of employees by the management is not so good.
