managers behave very rude, they dont understand basic things and try to mock us. they have performance indicator , they make us to leave the company by pointing out our performances cycle. they don’t calculate performance genuinely , they mark performance score according to their wish. They easily break new joiner’s confidence level, i prefer not to join if you are "fresher"

Likes

Not much anymore. It was a great company but European leadership has run it into the ground. US leadership has been non-existent for years despite the constant changes in management. I had 11 different bosses in 10 years.

Dislikes

Pretty much everything. There is no joy here anymore. Not being supported by management is awful. It hurts the customers and colleagues. They keep saying "blame the process". Well, when do we get to blame the people that make the process so we can actually fix things?

Likes

It is one of the most sought-after companies for printing and packaging engineers offering very decent pay in printing and packaging segment. Work life balance, loyalty to the employees, absence of micro management and leave policies are a few things that I liked very much about this company.

Dislikes

Management sometimes does not think enough to find suitable role for the candidates and offers them role that is less suitable for them.
