I had the opportunity to work at Eskay Elevators India Pvt Ltd for 2 years in the role of Purchase Executive. The company culture was one of the first things that stood out to me. I always felt like my ideas were valued, and that made a big difference in my day-to-day motivation. Management was approachable, and while career growth opportunities were available, progress could sometimes be slow. The company offered great training, but clearer paths for advancement would be beneficial. Overall, my experience was positive. I appreciated the teamwork, flexible schedule, and personal development opportunities.

The worst place I have ever worked. Worst Management, worst office culture, salaries are not happening on time, once in two months they will give you salary. And after proper resignation and notice period also the management will not release the FNF by giving excuses. Please do not join this company

Top management is very supportive and they stand with employee in their personal as well as organisations critical situations . It’s like family. Lot of respect for talented employees. Management very flexible for personal work as well as company work . Always creates win win situation

Nothing working culture is poor there is nothing to share anything good except office area

Everything they don't provide vendor payments for years keep vendors sit for hours and hours and don't attend them also employee's salary is never on time only at time of interview they give false promises but they are not fulfilled.
