Very nice office,friendly TL,alternate saturday off ,some perks like health insurance .Yeah , they also celebrate each one of us bday n you can eat cake like everyday if you have Friends in every dept.bcz you know there were so many b'day s

Very strict timing,even if you are late by 10 sec.its considered late and your salary is cut according to the rules.caffeteria is small for a company these big so we have to go in batches of 10-15 but its ok.No growth beyond what you learn here.life becomes monotonous and same after a year or so,its ok if you just care about the money:)

We can have a great work-life balance by working and growing with an established brand. Good Job security.

Not matching up with the industry standards when it come to appraisals and promotions. Salaries are lesser than market standards.

Navneet Toptech (aka) Esense... Pathetic company.., Worst environment and no job guarantee any time you can be sacked without any notification, Yes my manager called me all of sudden and asked me to give resignation with in half n hour i asked him the clarification then he started threatening me by saying that i don't get my relieving letter if i don't do it in half n hour of time, And the CRO of the company Gopalakrishnan, he himself think that as if he is the President of USA, whatever he says we should nod our head without asking any question, if he ask us to eat shit we have to else we will be sacked in spot, i have never met such a brainless person in my life, Just because someone is studied in Delhi University it doesn't mean he is equals to God level, Only after i seen him i realised that Grades alone don't measure your intelligence & Age doesn't define maturity, Yes you will be treated like shit if you are not adapt to your higer level official, Especially in TN, the State head Franklin Babu, literally psychopath he is, he will be very friendly and sweet to you untill his job gets done after everything is over he easily show his finger on us, and very much manipulative he is one should be very careful with him while he is talking, he was the one who asked me not to stress too much in the job and never helped me in field, finally when the sword came he directed to my head, if you don't believe my comment about the company, you can ask any of the employee, i assure you they will tell you the same, The utmost important point is they aren't have any product to sale in the market, to hide the fact they are time passing with employees future, they are not fit for running a company, Such pathetic employers I've never seen in my life.

Very good company all Senior are supportive . Friendly work culture . Work life balance is best in this company. Pressure less job here , almost like GOVT. organization

No personal Growth, there less opportunities of growth . expense not on time . Backed management is worst like govt office laziness in backed.
