Working with ESCUBE gives opportunities to learn but it depends on you weather take it or leave it in given circumstances and environment However you have to learn on yourself. I love the fact that i am part of the team.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work more tha 9 hours for completing work. In that i have to attend calls, clients, vendors, purchase, co ordinate, planning, design, workmens etc. Decent appraisal is given per year but people with big dreams cannot be in this same company.

Teamates are very helpful and it is site job. For this you have to travel to different place. It has very good growth in hvac industries .

There is no reason to dislike working in Escube but due to my family problem i have to left this job.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
