...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

No system at all. Proper Sarkari culture and nobody wants to develop the system. Everyone is just working with the philosophy "Go with the Flow". From the learning point of View, I'll never advise anyone to join!!

To working in EKL is good experience for me I get the opportunity to learn lot things . Best of luck to EKL group. In future if I will get opportunity to work in EKL I will definitely join.

I am working as Ppc member in company my work is to feed the materials in Cnc shops and machine shops and also those Materials which are required for that complete assembly of products

Company policy is poor as I get placed through campus selection as a DET & done training for 3 years but what was the result there is no retension of such hardworking dedicated trainee. As compared to other Escorts group (Tractor) those who completed 3 years training in certain department got on roll job but in this plant poor management, also no extra training given, allowances or benifits they only play with students future. I say that never ever come to this company as a trainee.
