Truly no doubt I am seeing politics in our organisation since I have joined EAM. Management doesn’t address our issues just because they are unaware of our issues as our managers don’t escalate them to management and always try to increase their value quotient in front of management. Career growth is here for sure but our Organization first demands permission from bosses and he denies just because he want to manage everything in the sum of fund issued to them. Not a single person name from my team comprising of 8 people has been suggested by my boss to management for step up program. There is no such department in our organisation which should comprise of people with only red escorts blood flowing in their veins so that they can look for what is actually going on in organisation and can take decisions what is actually right whether it is in favour of company or individual employee. This company is related to agricultural field so I am interested and join to it as well as national and international level company have already spend . l get to travel especially to us and Canada regarding work of company .

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.
