Good work experience A huge cafeteria in comp and also team mate are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good.

There is lot of politics and company policy and salary groth I not very good. During covid 19 company provide salary of Aprail and May provide with 10 ℅ deduction but after this higher management decide man power shorting and approxymate 200 employe job less.

They provide canteen facilities at subsidised rate for trainees. Free uniform and safety shoes.

Dislikes

Bad company for trainees no basic salary, no increment, they give salary to diploma holders only 12000rs. and no benefits. Company says that there is 8 working hours. there is fixed time to come but not for going. In this company trainees are are doing job 10-12hrs in 12000rs. Only upper level managements are taking perks and benefits. No job security in this company.
