It works only upon the documental reports. It's senior I mean TBM/ ABM /RBM/ CSMO have no time for Shortout our problems. I understand that we have no any growth but work pressure is very high. I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day and it is approximately regular routine of us. There is no job training only given big and lengthy speech by our seniors.
