Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? They provide canteen facilities at subsidised rate for trainees. Free uniform and safety shoes.

Dislikes

Bad company for trainees no basic salary, no increment, they give salary to diploma holders only 12000rs. and no benefits. Company says that there is 8 working hours. there is fixed time to come but not for going. In this company trainees are are doing job 10-12hrs in 12000rs. Only upper level managements are taking perks and benefits. No job security in this company.
