They provide canteen facilities at subsidised rate for trainees. Free uniform and safety shoes.

Dislikes

Bad company for trainees no basic salary, no increment, they give salary to diploma holders only 12000rs. and no benefits. Company says that there is 8 working hours. there is fixed time to come but not for going. In this company trainees are are doing job 10-12hrs in 12000rs. Only upper level managements are taking perks and benefits. No job security in this company.

So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me.
