Location of the company is pathetic, make employees pay the parking fee in the building, salary difference at the same position, no concrete policies in place, worst transport and cafeteria facility, partial and biased management, no promotions

Salary compensation is good, Infrastructure is good, Employees are very supportive upto Team lead level, no restriction

No process and policies, just overnight email changes the process or ever verbal words become process any time, You need to be in good books otherwise no growth, biasness with Employees because many employees working from home with objections because ofbeing in good books and may employees has to come regularly office. All your hardwork is rates on the basis of US controller remarks.
