All your hardwork is rates on the basis of US controller remarks.

It is not a good company to work with, not have a defined work Agenda and no work-life balance, Management is not open to change, not an employee-centric company. they can anytime ask you to leave. Unskilled HR and Management and many more.

Location of the company is pathetic, make employees pay the parking fee in the building, salary difference at the same position, no concrete policies in place, worst transport and cafeteria facility, partial and biased management, no promotions

Here are some points Even Escalon has strong foundation in Transparency, so it can have more dynamic ways for cross-departmental collaboration. Although we are dealing impressive advanvcements, there is collective goal to invest in even more cutting-edge tool.
