No process and policies, just overnight email changes the process or ever verbal words become process any time, You need to be in good books otherwise no growth, biasness with Employees because many employees working from home with objections because ofbeing in good books and may employees has to come regularly office. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx).
