It's very hard to say that there is nothing good in ESAF SWASRAYA multi state agro cooperative society, except job security. But it's very hard to work here.

The higer officials are not aware of the 20s era. They are very hard to staff. Salary is very poor. Working hours high. No family life, happiness, wealth and health.

Loan process and software is fast and secured, culture is quit good, work satisfaction is also good,salary is on time.

Dislikes

Company policies is good but Managers not implemented well some of managers is comes from other microfinances and they implemented other company policies here these very crucial problem and that cause Company hiring rate is very high(जिस कंपनी में hiring ज्यादा है वहा कुछ तो गडबड है 😁)

The salary will be credited on time. Free Tea and snacks at 4pm

You have to work in Government holidays too Mostly have to work from 8 to 8 Always pressure and target conveyance and other benefits will be delayed Top hierarchy is week and not developed Poor technological advancement

Experience is valuable. We should learn behavioural patterns of people from our customers

Work life balance , Heavy work pressure , Compulsory working even it's a holiday , bad experiences from customers. The job is not suited for a light-hearted person.

They will kill you mentally. Even though you do alot of work they will still on the one small mistake you made. Lots of employees are resigning from their and joining other companies and they say ESAF was worst . You will never get an approval for your hard work. Work time is you should work from morning 8:30 till night 10:00pm i even worked till 11:30 one day
