Job security - Since there is so much dependency and very few people who actually work, your job will be safe as long as you perform average, no need for excellence, just do your job. Remote Work.

Dislikes

Policies- Clear bias for India team, policies are nonexistent, HR is for name sake only, Management is based since they join Quest, Indian managers don't have any say or power, and they have to listen to US management for everything. They did not handle COVID very well and did not put any effort to help the employee at all, even vaccination was provided with a fee. Quest has 500 ml revenue so they could have helped employees a lot.

This is the worst organization, don't accept job offer if you do so be ready to work under pressure with less pay without time consideration. neither you earn nor you learn so you are a resource.

Their is nothing in the organisation to like except job security.you have to sign a 2-3 years of bond even though you have experience
