Initiating New Trends in Technologies happen faster every time. Whenever SAP introduces new topics, Organization will create trainings and meeting on that topics. Infra is good when comparing to other Start-ups. Learning new modules is easier and you can easily approach the lead to work on that newly studied module.

Dislikes

Based on the location and company's growth the salary is good, but it is not enough when you get experienced more than 3 to 4 years. So after getting experience of 4 to 5 years, considering shift will be helpful to get a good package.

There is no hierarchy so we can share our concerns and feedback with the management The quality of training is good enough.

Dislikes

Low Salary compared to the market value. Workloads are repeatedly assigned to the same individuals, while those who don't have work remains same. People with skills and knowledge are not getting recognition they deserve. The leave and notice period policies are not favorable to the employees, they primarily benefit the company.

1. Inside office politics. 2. Management relations get more benefits comparing to a hardwork employee. 3. Gender biased opportunities and bad project allocation. 4. Neglating the on-sight opportunity for junior female consultant (especially girls). 5. If the management failed to complete the appraisal process cycle on time, a). That also comes under employees mistake. b). Being neglated for one month appraisal salary. c). No arrear amount will be credited for next month.
