Eventually there is a time that provided for the self learning. Guidance from the whole team is big support and most probably the culture here is too good to evolved into it.

They say one thing in interview and put you in irrelevant module, we can't get any support or suggestions from any one, you need to be individual and learn in a difficult way instead of easy way, multiple works will be assigned could not focus on anything in end
