No management. You have to pick calls at weekends too. Once you are at site, we never know when you are coming back to town. At times, when you don't know how to proceed in interface, they will yell on you, make you feel demotivated and at last will tell to complete it any how by today though it takes whole night. You need to meet the deadlines by any how. According to designation, our main task is to handle projects and guide team, these fellows are pressurizing us to release money from clients. Companies management is so worst that it don't have any planning of work. At any time planning changes. Work 24×7 No quality developers because of which field team has to suffer. Social life will be badly affected. CEO is more interested in destroying our social life rather than increasing the company's profit.

There is no such thing in this company. If you are in any projects and like to do it. Suddenly management decide to remove from this project and moved to another project. Behaviour of CEO and AGM is very rude. They think like running boss and labour culture.

Nothing is good about the company. No perks. On top of that you are on probation for 6 months, within this duration there are no leaves given. There is no work life balance. They expect you to work 24 hours with no benefits.
