... The higher authorities don't have any knowledge in allotting work to faculties. While joining in this college 3 years bond is there suppose in between you thought to relieve means you have to pay 6 months salary at the same if you are ready to pay they will get money from you but principal won't provide original certificate to you. Very horrible admission torture. They start admission torture to faculty from December to October. Faculty must put 5 admission compulsory. If you won't put put means they cut 3 months salary. You never live peaceful life in this college. Always administrative work given to faculties. Suppose if u delayed in completion of work they will cut 1 week salary. All faculties are trapped in that college. Many of them are trying to relieve from that college but they are not able to get their certificates. The principal is waste and don't know how to manage administrative work. After reading this review you planned to join in this college yours life will be ruined. Anyhow take careful decision before join in this college Maximum Saturday and Sunday will be college. The senior faculties dominate very badly. Suppose you are acting as class teacher for students if students not paid semester fees the management will cut the class salary for whole month. You won't paid for exam duty, lab examiner and other works yours money will be taken by principal and particular administrative head. No vacation and most of the government holidays will be working day for faculty alone. My best advice don't join in this college. Even you can stay at home also. Hereafter yours decision in joining this college as faculty. I am not threatening but it's true fact

Irrespective treating of faculty... Partiality and grouping as senior teaching staff, senior non teaching staff, newly joined... No respect to co workers...
