Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The management was so poor. Even they cant able to provide masks due to cost issue.

Deserving candidate are not paid reasonable salary and also they have no facilities. Politics and working environment also so unbearable sometimes. Discussed some rubbish things except the working related topic. No trainning facilities.

Nothing I would like about Eris lifescience . Poor working culture , Huge deduction in salary , working satisfaction is not there

Job securities are not there , there is a span of only 2 year , huge pressure for sales ,HR policies are not strong

Company policy, Transportation facility, Mediclaim facility, Salary ontime, corporate rules same for all employees, Good for career growth, etc.

Some people who assumed that they are God of this company. They treated lower employees like as self servant. Rest all is best than other company.

Very nice company and i am working since last 10 year. I never fill for job loosing during pendamic time and never problem of salary part also.

Some problem which i feel is career growth and opportunities and partiality.
