Only Teammates are supportive and the management are not transparent about yaerly growth and not giving a satisfied growth of Empoye. CEO of Eris is not employe friendly.

Nothing I would like about Eris lifescience . Poor working culture , Huge deduction in salary , working satisfaction is not there

Job securities are not there , there is a span of only 2 year , huge pressure for sales ,HR policies are not strong
