This company is for non performer,there is no strategy for marketing only they deals on money and doing completely unethical practices ,worst management there is no stuff of managers

Eris as a corporate is a very good organization, when we perform as per company needs you will be in right track towards the carrier growth within the organization

Bonus included in the package, increments given as performance pay

Nothing I would like about Eris lifescience . Poor working culture , Huge deduction in salary , working satisfaction is not there

Job securities are not there , there is a span of only 2 year , huge pressure for sales ,HR policies are not strong

Company policy, Transportation facility, Mediclaim facility, Salary ontime, corporate rules same for all employees, Good for career growth, etc.

Some people who assumed that they are God of this company. They treated lower employees like as self servant. Rest all is best than other company.
