No hike, so salary increment, even though you will be working in the company for 10, 12 hrs they will hardly give you 10-12% hike and there are many old people who have been working for 15 20 years, they are literally sitting and doing nothing but getting paid

all the nice things about this organization are gone, situation changes everything

Dislikes

... no major salary hikes, only work and work pressure is increasing exponentially. Almost working for 10-11hours everyday and even on weekends without any extra pay. forcing work from office but there's no space to sit, not enough seating and parking for employees, cutting employee benefit programs, too many lay offs and managed attritions

I really like the culture of Ericsson. There is job security. Most of all you don't have to be stuck at single project, if you have the potential and capability to grow you can get into any project. There is constant feedback taken from your managers and peers.

There is no likely process for promotions and salary growth.

There is absolutely no job threat at all . Work Culture is great . The only problem is with the compensation and promotion policies . Promotional bench is huge . Manager dependent company , hence lots depend on your manager . Lower management just focusses on getting their work done for working professionals.

Culture in Ericsson is really great . Company is doing fantastic in terms of financials . We are getting approx. 200% of the bonus. Hike and ASRs are really low even if your work is outstanding

Only work life balance is good & somewhat job security

Dislikes

Salary & compensation is very less . Even the new joiners in other organization are getting same salary as 10-12 yrs of experienced guys in Ericsson. Promotions are very less & to get promotion you need to go through very ridiculous process likes ETCP/BUGS.
