It is nice to work this type of company. They have nice Work Culture in terms of Work Life Balance.

There salary and compensation is very very bad. Joining time they provide good package but after that increment is not good.

No promotion Salary very less compared to market standards. Night allowance is same since many years Politics everywhere. Only boot lickers get good ASR and promotion. Almost nill increament. Goals are very tough every year but ASR and ratings are nothing compared to that

No hike, so salary increment, even though you will be working in the company for 10, 12 hrs they will hardly give you 10-12% hike and there are many old people who have been working for 15 20 years, they are literally sitting and doing nothing but getting paid

... time and pass on the messages from upper management to team members. That's it. For this work they are paid huge salary and the engineers who do the whole delivery for the customer, they are left to justify for each and every goal that is fabricated by managers.
