Maybe some people get great package but I had joined at low package but I am performing very well my boss give me just few appreciation points and reward but in case of increment he just give hardly 5-8% this is extremely low.

The company has no existance of its own. Everything is in hand of zone mamager. Company not stand with you. Leaving system is very poor. Company not able to provide leaves to you. Full and final system is very bad. Not one timely always gives excuse. Very very very very bad process

There is no differency between Consultants and Employees you will get the same Training when there is a new Equipment. Environment of is good and good enthousiasm.
