No promotion Salary very less compared to market standards. Night allowance is same since many years Politics everywhere. Only boot lickers get good ASR and promotion. Almost nill increament. Goals are very tough every year but ASR and ratings are nothing compared to that

... time and pass on the messages from upper management to team members. That's it. For this work they are paid huge salary and the engineers who do the whole delivery for the customer, they are left to justify for each and every goal that is fabricated by managers.

...onal life. No say of HR. Extreme work pressure with no work life balance at all. Not great at compensation. Only flatterers can survive and this is openly and blatantly conveyed by manager. Literally claim to to be masters of subordinates. Bizzare.
