Salary on time but it is very less as we have to work more than 12-13 hours daily .

Too much politics Too much pressure No humidity Only work, the work is weekly target basic and every 6th days we need to finish the target though we have to work every day 12-13 hours. Mana ATT projects are really painful for all modeler. Any time ericsson can fire, No increment no promotion Only donkey work Who give hard work, he has to work more without any apraisal. Official time is 2pm but we need to login @10 am and finish at 11 pm every day

Managers can easily bypass company policy as their needs. No work life balance. Need work on holidays also, no benefit for working overtime or on weekends or holidays. No growth pros

WoThere is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.rking culture. No major update

Ericsson is one of the largest telecom industry having multiple opportunities, spportove staff, salary also good, providing travelling allowances, Here we can grow up and can learn most of the things which is required to do job for a long time, and lot many things. I am felling so glad that I worked here, and I would also like to work in this organization in future as Network Engineer
