Too much politics, forget personal life. Salary is never on time. You literally have to beg for salary every month. work distribution among peers is very poor, some people are getting paid literally doing nothing. No job security.

... time and pass on the messages from upper management to team members. That's it. For this work they are paid huge salary and the engineers who do the whole delivery for the customer, they are left to justify for each and every goal that is fabricated by managers.

Managers can easily bypass company policy as their needs. No work life balance. Need work on holidays also, no benefit for working overtime or on weekends or holidays. No growth pros

* Only 1 free team outing in an year * Most of the managers dont do anything rather than looking into ppt or staring at screen for 8 hours( They don't work, they just act to work) * Sarkari office type team environment. * Your promotion and increament depends solely upon your relation with your manager, doesn't matter how hard you work the entire year.
