They don't promote you easily even if you have skills sometimes. salary hikes are very low as all telecom companies, unlike IT companies.

...anagement is trying to make that place a Punjabi hub. Company policies are good. Salary on time.

Everything is bad working in 1st Level Assurance team. Dont waste life of Engineer freshers in sake of business in dollars you make.

Not for freshers as salary compensation is very low, but expectations are higher than leads. Become a manager and then you can surely join Ericsson. It will serve as a retirement company for you.

... and take 20 lpa...freshers are paid the lowest and are make to work the most...salary is paid below market standard...your overall development depends on the project which is allocated randomly..No preferences askd..the project may be a totally excel sheet filling one or may b some rlly good one lyk networking; integration where one can seriously learn good things and get certifications in companies cost...Cab facilities are good...mediclaim is free for 4 lkhs..ericsson is good for some 1 who has 4-5 yrs minimum xprnce and heaven for some1 with 10+ yrs xprnce....bt still ericsson's name in portfolio holds good and has brand value in market

Pays more to managers who dont even have any knwledge and dnt even have to work..engineers who actually wrk hard for company are paid peanuts..
