Not much to like

Dislikes

...gers are pathetic, plus management don’t help anyone. Working from last 2 years. Company is closed on Saturday’s but they take work from us and didn’t pay any single penny. No appraisal, plus no work satisfaction as managers only have negative comments on your work. Overall not a good place to work.

Old Employees need to Understand the new ways of Working. People sitting but not delivering any result from 20+ years. Technology is very old in fact still using VMs to deploy product for customer. R&D is working like service unit.

Dislikes

Even though they have their office in all the location they want employees to travel places where the office location isn't convenient to the employee.Wasting company resources by outsourcing employees.HR and manger doesn't approve for anything approve.

The work culture is really good , tremendous help would be given to you for completion of your project or task, people are mostly good. Managers are supportive and work hours are flexible and no one will ask you anything or disturb you if the project you are handling goes smooth.
